As the Director and Men's Coach at Mount St. Mary's University; 1993-present, Coach Gravante was named the 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2010 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Coach of the Year. He was also named the 2010, 2011 & 2019 Northeast Conference (NEC) Coach of the Year.
Coach Gravante still holds a Top-10 NCAA Division III scoring record for 17 goals in (3)-playoff games. A former member of the MILL Buffalo Bandits and Baltimore Thunder, Coach Gravante was the 2001 NCAA Division 1 recipient of the Howdy Meyers "Man of the Year." He was inducted into Hobart College's Athletic Hall of Fame in the Fall of 2007 and the US Lacrosse Upstate, NY Hall of Fame in 2013. As a college player, he was a two-time First team All-America at Hobart College ('87 & '88), where he also received Attack-man and Player of the Year Awards. Coach Gravante received the 1988 Brine MVP award in the NCAA Division III National Championship game.
